Because each and every product is handmade to order, evergreen & Birch policy is such that we do not accept returns. If your order comes damaged or broken by carrier, please notify me email@example.com within 10 days of delivery and I will follow-up with courier and resolve the issue.
Although we do not accept returns, we do want each and every customer to be more than satisfied with their purchase. If the quality of your item is not what you had expected, or if you genuinely do not like your order, please contact us directly, within 7 business days, so that we can come to a mutually beneficial resolution. Ultimately we want you to be happy with your purchase and to spread the word about the amazing things we are making and doing here at evergreen & birch. we are grateful for each and every purchase.
